What the shared allowance covers
User/group administration, ordinary account onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, approved administrator and multi-factor authentication changes, routine Gmail/DNS assistance, and the monthly review and report. Standard Adobe user/license administration may be included after onboarding verifies the environment.
How the allowance works
Meetings, reviews, reporting, changes, and coordination draw from the same hours. Additional time is $45/hour in 15-minute increments, only after approval. No automatic overages. Unused hours expire at month end. Month to month; cancel before the next renewal.
Large projects, network/PBX deployments, migrations, website builds, endpoint security tools, and incident response are separate. Cloud24Care operates 100% remotely worldwide; physical on-site work is not offered. Licenses, hosting, hardware, carrier charges, and other vendor costs are not included. Service windows and response targets are agreed before payment.

Google Workspace Health Check
One organization, one primary domain, up to 30 active users. A focused configuration review, written findings, prioritized recommendations, and one 15-minute clarification call.
Review scope & deliverables
MFA adoption, administrator roles, inactive-user indicators, license allocation, Gmail configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC status, and organization-level Drive sharing. Up to five groups and five app-access entries where visible in your edition. Unavailable checks are marked unverified. One report clarification/correction round. No implementation, content inspection, penetration testing, or certification.
Email authentication
Approved SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup for one domain and up to two sending services, with tests and a record map. Google Workspace is the supported primary mail system for launch.

New Google Workspace setup
One client-owned primary domain, agreed accounts and groups, business email configuration, a staged MFA enrollment plan, tests, and an administrator handoff.

A documented administrator handoff is included; one consolidated correction round applies. Client buys licenses directly. Existing-email and Drive migrations, extra domains, tenant mergers, SSO/directory synchronization, endpoint rollouts, and ongoing helpdesk service are separate.
UniFi network services
A network review or an approved small-office configuration, with eligibility, remote access, backup, maintenance window, and rollback checked first.
Review versus configuration
Review — $149: one site, up to 10 managed network devices; no changes. Small office — $299: one site, up to 5 devices (1 gateway, 1 switch, 3 access points), up to 2 wireless networks including one guest network. Segmentation — $599: one site, up to 10 devices, 3 VLANs, 3 wireless networks, and 10 agreed basic access rules. Configuration includes supported backup/export, agreed checks, and a simple diagram. One in-scope round. No hardware, cabling, physical survey, VPN deployment, multisite routing, or guaranteed speed/coverage. A local recovery helper is required where needed. Meraki work is custom-scoped separately.
Grandstream UCM phones
One supported UCM at one site. Choose a review or a defined configuration using an existing supported carrier and an approved call flow.
Extensions and call-flow limits
Review — $149: up to 10 extensions, no changes. Setup — $299: up to 10 extensions, 1 working SIP trunk, 1 ring group, and 1 simple IVR. Call flow — $499: up to 20 extensions, 1 working trunk, 2 ring groups, 1 basic queue, and 1 simple IVR. Simple IVR means up to five choices with approved client audio. Configuration includes agreed inbound/outbound/transfer tests and a handoff; one adjustment round. No phones, carrier fees, porting, carrier provisioning, emergency-calling design/certification, or complex multisite dialing. Emergency routing is not altered under these packages.

User and license-assignment administration in one client-owned organization. This is administration—not license resale or graphic-design production.

Review — $99: up to 25 users, inventory and assignments only. Cleanup — $179: up to 25 users, approved additions/removals and available-license assignments. Team administration — $299: up to 50 users plus a joiner/leaver checklist. Handoff: 15 / 30 / 45 minutes; one consolidated correction round. Client decides subscription purchases and data handling before removals. No SSO/directory setup, asset migration, contract negotiations, discounts, refunds, or recovery guarantees.

Landing page: one page, up to six sections, one form. Business website: up to five pages and one form; blog setup if requested. Expanded website: up to ten pages, two forms, and blog setup. Each package is one language, theme-based, with up to six sections and 600 supplied words per page. Legal pages count toward the limit.
Content, revisions & exclusions
Client supplies approved text, logo, licensed images, and legal copy. Includes responsive checks, basic metadata, form tests with an existing supported mail service, and a documented handoff. Two consolidated revision rounds per project. Domain, hosting, premium licenses, paid assets, copywriting, logo creation, extra languages, ecommerce, bookings, payment systems, custom plugins, legal drafting, and guaranteed search rankings are not included. Calendar and readiness are agreed before acceptance.

Additional time is $45/hour in 15-minute increments after approval. No malware removal, ecommerce, uptime guarantee, or emergency recovery. The agreed monthly allowance includes the maintenance work and reporting; it is not unlimited editing.

Will I be charged when I click a plan?
No. Plan buttons lead to the inquiry builder. It prepares a local message; it does not send an inquiry or collect payment. We confirm scope and an approved contact route before contracting.
Does every employee receive the listed hours?
No. Hours are shared by the organization. Reviews, meetings, changes, reporting, and coordination count toward the same monthly allowance.
What if we need more work?
We agree on extra time or a separate project before proceeding. Additional care time is $45/hour in 15-minute increments with approval; there are no automatic overages.
Are licenses, equipment and hosting included?
No. The prices are professional service fees. Your subscriptions, hardware, hosting, carrier charges, and other third-party costs remain separate, with any purchases approved before commitment.
What does a revision cover?
A consolidated correction or adjustment within the original requirements. New systems, users, pages, or functions need a new scope. Corrections to our own in-scope errors are not sold as extra scope.
