Scope an expanded website
What the packages cover. Up to six sections and 600 client-supplied words per page. Legal pages count toward the page limit, and you supply approved legal text. Blog setup means a template and one sample post from supplied content—not ongoing writing. Form delivery is tested with your existing supported mail service. The two revision rounds cover the whole project, not each page. Timing is agreed after checking content, access, and capacity.
What is quoted separately?

Domain and hosting subscriptions, paid themes/plugins, purchased media, copywriting, logo creation, extra languages, ecommerce, memberships, payment or booking integrations, custom plugins, legal-policy drafting, and complex migrations. Search rankings are not guaranteed. These are not custom-app packages.

See Cloud24Care’s own website project for an example of the design approach. It is an own-brand project, not a third-party customer testimonial.

Hosting setup & guidance

Your website.
Your accounts. Your control.

We can help select and configure suitable third-party hosting. The account, domain, billing, and subscriptions stay in your name.

Get the foundations organized.

Service quote after scope review
  • Review the site requirements and the host’s actual features and renewal costs.
  • Help with client-led account setup and an agreed WordPress installation.
  • Plan the website’s domain/DNS connection and check HTTPS.
  • Confirm what backup, restore, and staging options the purchased plan provides.
  • Document access, renewal ownership, and the handoff.
Discuss hosting assistance →

Separate the service from the subscription.

Cloud24Care service fee: the setup, coordination, or agreed administration work in the proposal.

Hosting-provider fees: hosting, domain registration/renewal, email, paid backups, certificates where required, and other vendor products are purchased separately by the client.

We are not presenting Cloud24Care as a hosting reseller, data-center operator, or provider of unlimited server support. Availability and backup features depend on the actual provider and plan.

Already have a website? Migration is a separate assessment and quote. We first review size, content, plugins, mail dependencies, backups, access, and the cutover/rollback path. A website move does not automatically include moving email or changing nameservers. No provider purchase or consequential DNS change is made without approval.

Expert Website Review

See what is slowing you down.
Know what to do next.

A scoped combination of automated page checks and manual review. The deliverable is an explained action plan—not a promise that a scanner finds every issue.

Review-only · fixed quote after scope confirmation

A practical starting scope is one public brochure website and up to five agreed pages, with mobile and desktop lab checks on one representative page. We confirm ownership or authorization, the exact URLs, the tools, and permitted checks before starting.

Speed & page weight

Review the selected page’s lab results, image sizing, loading behavior, and visible layout movement. Label lab measurements separately from real-user data when available.

Mobile & usability

Sample navigation, button labels, content hierarchy, keyboard focus, and key layouts on the agreed pages. Identify confusing or broken paths.

On-page SEO basics

Check sampled titles, descriptions, headings, indexability signals, and available sitemap/robots information. This is not a ranking or full-market SEO campaign.

Accessibility & public signals

Sample labels, alternatives, contrast, and keyboard behavior. Review visible HTTPS/mixed-content or response-header observations without treating them as a full security assessment.

What you receive: a written findings report, evidence for the sampled checks, clear “not verified” items, a prioritized action list, and one 15-minute explanation call. One clarification round covers the report; implementation and post-change retesting are quoted separately. The review fee is not a website-care onboarding waiver. This service is separate from the $99 Google Workspace Health Check.
How do you keep the review safe?

We agree on authorization and scope first. The starting review uses ordinary public-page access and approved page-audit tools—not password attacks, exploitation, intrusive vulnerability scanning, load testing, checkout transactions, or production changes. Form submissions, private URLs, authenticated access, and third-party scanning of confidential content require separate permission. We do not run an automatic scan from this website or send a URL to a scanner just because you click a button.

What are the limits of the results?

Automated accessibility checks are incomplete without manual evaluation; a point-in-time performance score can vary. We do not certify security, accessibility, or legal compliance, guarantee search rankings, or promise to find every vulnerability. Malware cleanup, penetration testing, forensic investigation, full-site crawling, and accessibility certification are outside this starting scope.

Method reference: Google Lighthouse documentation. Tools support the review; they do not replace a scoped, human explanation.

Website care after launch

Keep the next update
as considered as the first.

One eligible brochure site, up to 15 supported plugins, and one scheduled monthly cycle. The hours cover maintenance, checks, coordination, and reporting together.

Scheduled essentials

Website Care

$79/ month
1.5 total service hours / month
  • Supported updates within the allowance
  • Check the existing backup before changes
  • Agreed form/link checks and a status summary
Request Website Care
Time for small content changes

Website Care Plus

$149/ month
3 total service hours / month
  • The same monthly maintenance scope
  • Minor supplied text/image edits with time left after maintenance
  • Agreed checks and a status summary
Request Website Care Plus
Onboarding: $79 once, waived if Cloud24Care built the same site in the previous 30 days. Without the waiver, first-month service subtotals are $158 / $228; with an eligible waiver, $79 / $149. Applicable taxes and vendor charges are separate. Extra time is $45/hour, in 15-minute increments, only after approval. No automatic overages.

Hosting, licenses, backup subscriptions, malware removal, ecommerce, emergency recovery, and uptime guarantees are not included. Backup checks do not mean an independent backup service or a full restore exercise is included. Renewal, cancellation, access, and the maintenance window are confirmed in the written agreement.

A clear website project plan

From the brief to the handoff.

01 / DEFINE

Agree on the outcome.

Confirm the goal, pages, audience, budget, content, existing hosting, and who can approve the work.

02 / DESIGN

Choose the direction.

Review a visual direction and navigation before the full build. Keep the design aligned with your brand.

03 / BUILD

Work in a preview.

Build the agreed pages and features, then handle the two consolidated design revision rounds.

04 / VERIFY

Check the real journey.

Review mobile/desktop layouts, keyboard paths, links, and agreed form delivery. Record unresolved items.

05 / HAND OVER

Launch by agreement.

Confirm a recoverable backup and explicit release approval. Deliver access guidance and discuss optional care.

Your proposal should answer: exactly what is included, who supplies content and legal text, which vendor costs are separate, the milestones, review rounds, target dates, payment/cancellation arrangements, ownership, and how launch is approved. Extra features change the scope—not silently the invoice.

Before we start

A website relationship
without the mystery.

Privacy, legal and accessibility notices are finalized before contracting.

Can you improve my existing WordPress site?

Yes, after a compatibility and scope review. Layout changes, content organization, responsive fixes, and agreed performance work can be quoted as a project. A compromised or heavily customized site may need a different specialist scope.

Do I own the website and hosting account?

Your domain, hosting, and subscriptions stay in your name. The agreement defines deliverable/source-file rights; themes, stock media, fonts, and plugins keep their own licenses.

Can you help with two languages, booking, or ecommerce?

Additional languages, bookings, payments, and ecommerce are outside the listed brochure packages. We assess feasibility, privacy requirements, paid tools, and the specialist work needed before agreeing to an add-on; their mention is not a promise of an included integration.

Does clicking a review button scan my site?

No. It only prepares an inquiry in the current contact builder. No external audit, form submission, payment, or configuration change is started.

How long will the project take?

The calendar is confirmed after the page list, approved content, access, feedback availability, and capacity are reviewed. The proposal sets the milestones and dependencies before payment.
