The goal is a clearer view of an agreed configuration—not a promise that every system has been checked or every issue has been fixed.
Start with an agreed boundary
Cloud24Care’s Google Workspace Health Check is a US$99 one-time configuration review for a scope agreed before booking. We first confirm the organization, primary domain, users covered, review method, available access, and the settings to be examined.
That boundary matters. A finding about an administrator setting is not a conclusion about every employee account. A policy review is not a review of every file or message. The report should say what was examined and what was not.
What you receive
The agreed deliverables are written findings, the relevant evidence and limitations, a prioritized action list, and an explanation of the report in the agreed handoff format.
A useful finding answers four questions: What was observed? What evidence supports it? Why does it matter in this business? What should happen next? An item without sufficient evidence remains unverified—it is not silently treated as a pass.
Illustrative example
“Not verified” is useful information.
A reviewer may be unable to confirm a setting because the agreed access does not expose it. The useful response is to record the limitation and the evidence needed next—not invent a green result.
This example describes the reporting method, not a finding about your systems.
Review is different from implementation
The Health Check itself does not change your settings. Remediation, migrations, incident response, and ongoing administration are separate services. A proposed change should have an owner, approval, and appropriate testing and recovery arrangements before it is implemented.
This separation lets you understand the findings before deciding whether to make changes yourself, use another authorized provider, or discuss a separate implementation scope.
What it does not claim
The review is not penetration testing, a complete inspection of all stored data, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of security or inbox placement. It also does not prove that unreviewed devices, applications, or third-party services are configured correctly.
There is no automatic subscription attached to reading the report. Vendor charges, hardware, additional work, and applicable taxes are identified in the agreed commercial arrangements rather than hidden inside broad reassurance.
