SAMPLE — NOT CLIENT DATA
All findings below are fictional examples. They illustrate the report format only. No systems were accessed or tested to produce this sample, and no statement below describes your organization.

1. Summary & scope

A real review begins with an agreed organization, primary domain, user coverage, review method, and evidence sources. This sample shows three possible findings from an illustrative review of account access, sharing settings, and email authentication.

The report separates what was observed from what remains unverified. It does not assign a generic security score, certify compliance, or guarantee email delivery or protection.

2. Example findings

EXAMPLE 01 · ACTION TO REVIEW

Confirm sign-in protection for administrator accounts.

Observation
In this fictional example, the available account list does not confirm second-step verification for every administrator.
Evidence
Illustrative account-review worksheet only. No live account evidence was collected.
Why it matters
Administrator accounts can control important settings and access. The actual configuration should be verified before assuming protection is in place.
Next action
Confirm the administrators in scope, check their sign-in configuration, and agree on any required changes.
Owner
Customer’s authorized Workspace administrator.
Approval
Not approved for implementation. Review and agree first.
EXAMPLE 02 · POLICY REVIEW

Check whether external sharing matches the business need.

Observation
The fictional configuration permits external sharing more broadly than the example organization’s stated policy.
Evidence
Illustrative policy comparison. No documents or customer files were inspected.
Why it matters
Sharing rules should support intended collaboration without granting unnecessary access.
Next action
Confirm the real business policy and required exceptions, then propose an appropriate configuration for approval.
Owner
Business owner and authorized Workspace administrator.
Approval
No settings changed as part of the review.
EXAMPLE 03 · NOT VERIFIED

Verify the status of email-signing configuration.

Observation
The fictional review did not include enough access or message evidence to confirm the email-signing configuration.
Evidence
No evidence available in this sample. This item is not marked as passed or failed.
Why it matters
An unavailable setting or untested behavior should not be treated as a verified result.
Next action
Agree on the necessary administrator view and a suitable test message before drawing a conclusion.
Owner
Authorized domain and Workspace administrators.
Approval
Additional verification required; no DNS or mail changes proposed yet.

3. A practical action plan

First: Confirm the evidence and any access gaps. Next: Review the proposed changes with the business owner. Then: Agree on a separate implementation scope, suitable timing, and a rollback plan where changes could affect service.

4. What the report does not include

The Health Check is a point-in-time configuration review. It is not penetration testing, incident response, a complete inspection of all stored data, a certification, or an implementation package. Unreviewed systems and unavailable evidence remain outside the conclusions.

5. Handoff & closure

A real handoff identifies the evidence sources, review date, agreed scope, outstanding questions, recommended owners, and approval status. Temporary access is reviewed for removal when the engagement ends.

End of illustrative report. Three example findings; zero live systems assessed.
